About Annalee Lundy and Mondays Athletic Club
Mondays Athletic Club is the brainchild of Annalee Lundy, whose lifelong passion for sports and fitness has shaped her career. Growing up immersed in various athletic pursuits, Annalee transitioned into deeply exploring training methodologies that cater to diverse needs. With 11 years of experience as a trainer, she has worked with a wide range of clients, from competitive athletes to seniors and fitness newcomers alike.
Her certifications in CrossFit and yoga, coupled with extensive knowledge in plyometrics for athletic advancement, empower her to tailor training programmes that foster growth and improvement. Recognising that traditional gyms may not suit everyone, Annalee’s vision for Mondays Athletic Club is to cultivate a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can pursue their fitness goals.
In 2020, Annalee took her education one step further and obtained a diploma in Holistic Nutrition to better understand her state of health after training for a bikini competition.
At Mondays, the focus is on creating a supportive community—a club that inspires connection and encourages sharing among its members.
